Statute 394 1694

1. The Board shall adopt regulations setting forth requirements for: (a) The plan required to be developed pursuant to NRS 394.1687; and (b) Reviewing and approving a deviation pursuant to NRS 394.1692. 2. The regulations adopted pursuant to this section must include, without limitation, requirements concerning training and practice in procedures for responding to a crisis or an emergency.
