A postsecondary educational institution shall ensure that: 1. The quality and content of each vocational or academic course or program of instruction, training or study reasonably and adequately achieve the stated objective for which the course or program is offered. 2. The institution has adequate space, equipment, instructional materials and personnel to provide education of good quality. 3. The education and experience of directors, administrators, supervisors and instructors reasonably provide the students with an education consistent with the objectives of the course or program of study. 4. The institution is maintained and operated in compliance with all pertinent local ordinances and state laws, including regulations adopted pursuant thereto, relative to the safety and health of all persons upon the premises. 5. The housing, if any, owned, maintained or approved by the institution for its students is appropriate, safe and adequate. (Added to NRS by 1975, 1510; A 1979, 1630; 1985, 994)
