The Commission shall adopt regulations for authorizing postsecondary educational institutions to use the term 'university' or 'college' as part of their respective names or designations. The regulations must provide for consideration of the institution’s qualification to award degrees and may include minimum standards similar to those prescribed by law for licensing by the Commission.
