Statute 396 010

1. The seat of the State University, as described in Section 4 of Article 11 of the Constitution of the State of Nevada, is hereby located at the Office of the Chancellor of the System. 2. Extension instruction on the collegiate level, research and service activities may be conducted throughout the State.
