Statute 396 152

1. The Board of Regents may require an institution within the System to provide training on the grievance process of the institution in accordance with 34 C.F.R. § 106.45. 2. The Board of Regents may require an institution within the System to train the Title IX coordinator and members of the campus police or safety personnel of the institution in the awareness of power-based violence and in trauma-informed response to an alleged incident of power-based violence.
