1. Each teacher, instructor and professor employed by the Board of Regents whose compensation is payable out of the public funds, except teachers, instructors and professors employed pursuant to the provisions of NRS 396.260, shall take and subscribe to the constitutional oath of office before entering upon the discharge of his or her duties. 2.
