Statute 396 320

1. The willful neglect or failure on the part of any teacher, instructor, professor, president or chancellor in the System to observe and carry out the requirements of this chapter is sufficient cause for the dismissal or removal of the person from his or her position. 2. It is sufficient cause for the dismissal of any teacher, instructor, professor, president or chancellor in the System when the person advocates, or is a member of an organization which advocates, overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State by force, violence or other unlawful means.
