The Board of Regents may: 1. Apply for any matching money available for the genetics program from the Federal Government or any other source and accept any gifts, grants or donations for the support of the program. 2. Adopt regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 396.521 to 396.527, inclusive. 3. Receive, invest, disburse and account for all money received from the Federal Government or any other source for the genetics program. (Added to NRS by 1991, 2066)
