Statute 4 215

A justice of the peace in a township whose population is more than 75,000 may not act as attorney or counsel in any court except in an action or proceeding to which the justice of the peace is a party on the record. (Added to NRS by 1979, 1286; A 1985, 223; 1989, 1907)
