A tenant may take proceedings similar to those prescribed in this chapter to obtain possession of the premises let to any subtenant in case of the subtenant’s unlawful detention of the premises let by the tenant to the subtenant. [1911 CPA § 648; RL § 5590; NCL § 9137]
