Statute 40 426

As used in NRS 40.426 to 40.495, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 40.427, 40.428 and 40.429 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2015, 3336; A 2017, 1115; 2019, 3181)
