Statute 40 465

As used in NRS 40.475, 40.485 and 40.495, 'indebtedness' means the principal balance of the obligation, together with all accrued and unpaid interest, and those costs, fees, advances and other amounts secured by the mortgage or lien upon real property. (Added to NRS by 1987, 1643; A 1989, 1001)
