Statute 40 675

1. A contractor who makes or provides for repairs under NRS 40.600 to 40.695, inclusive, may take reasonable steps to prove that the repairs were made and to have them inspected. 2. The provisions of NRS 40.600 to 40.695, inclusive, regarding inspection and repair are in addition to any rights of inspection and settlement provided by common law or by another statute.
