Statute 40 6882

As used in NRS 40.6884 and 40.6885, unless the context otherwise requires, 'complainant' means a person who makes a claim or files an action against a design professional pursuant to NRS 40.600 to 40.695, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 2001 Special Session, 66; A 2003, 2049)
