Any person, firm, association or corporation who shall erect or maintain any billboard, sign, placard, poster or other form of advertising in violation of any of the provisions of NRS 405.020 to 405.100, inclusive, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. [8:90:1925; NCL § 268]—(NRS A 1967, 570)
