1. The State Park Grant and Gift Fund is hereby created as a special revenue fund for the use of the Division. 2. All grants and gifts of money which the Division is authorized to accept must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the State Park Grant and Gift Fund. 3. Expenditures from the State Park Grant and Gift Fund must be made only for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter and other programs or laws administered by the Division.
