1. Money to carry out the provisions of this chapter and to support the Division, its various sections, and programs administered by the Division, may be provided by direct legislative appropriation from the General Fund. 2. All money in any fund in the State Treasury available to the Division shall be paid out on claims approved by the Administrator as other claims against the State are paid.
