1. The Administrator shall employ a deputy administrator in the unclassified service of the State. 2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 284.143, the deputy administrator shall devote his or her entire time and attention to the business of his or her office and shall not pursue any other business or occupation or hold any other office of profit. 3. The Administrator may employ, within the limits of available money, such other staff as is necessary for the operation of the Division. (Added to NRS by 2019, 3704)
