Except as otherwise provided in NRS 408.323 and 226.700 to 226.832, inclusive, the Director, with the approval of the Board, may rent, lease, purchase and contract for all equipment, materials, supplies, vehicles, road machinery, tools, implements and technical services required for the purpose of this chapter.
