The position of Highway Safety Information and Outreach Coordinator is hereby created in the Department. The Highway Safety Information and Outreach Coordinator: 1. Shall plan and administer a program of safety education which includes safety information concerning interaction among motor vehicles, bicycles, electric bicycles and pedestrians. 2. May provide grants to local governmental entities, including school districts, for assistance in carrying out the program of safety education. (Added to NRS by 2011, 2517)
