Statute 408 260

1. The Department is authorized to enter into contracts and agreements with agencies of the Federal Government in matters concerning the construction, reconstruction, improvement and maintenance of highways as provided in this chapter when such highways enter upon or traverse lands under the ownership or control of such federal agencies. 2. When federal moneys for such construction, reconstruction, improvement and maintenance have been appropriated and made available under Acts of Congress other than those acts described in NRS 408.245, the Department is authorized to receive the same.
