Statute 408 2832

1. The Board shall determine the priority of improvement of any road proposed pursuant to NRS 408.283. 2. The Board shall not authorize the expenditure of money for any agreement entered into pursuant to NRS 408.283 until it first determines that the county is able to perform its pro rata share of the improvement and that it will maintain the project as required by the agreement.
