Statute 408 377

1. No prime or general contractor shall assign or sublet any portion of work to be done under the terms of any contract except: (a) Upon the written approval of the Department. (b) In accordance with the terms of the contract or specifications. 2. All subcontractors and assignees of the prime or general contractor shall be required to comply with the provisions of NRS 408.373 in the same manner as the prime or general contractor.
