'Design-build team' means an entity that consists of: 1. At least one person who is licensed as a general engineering contractor or a general building contractor pursuant to chapter 624 of NRS; and 2. At least one person who holds a certificate of registration to practice architecture pursuant to chapter 623 of NRS or is licensed as a professional engineer pursuant to chapter 625 of NRS.
