Statute 408 3881

1. The Department shall not contract with a design-build team with respect to a project unless the Board makes the determinations, at a public meeting, that are required pursuant to NRS 408.388. 2. If the Department is required to hold a public meeting pursuant to this section, the Department shall publish notice of the meeting in a newspaper of general circulation in this state.
