1. Any document or other information submitted to the Department in response to a design-build project initiated pursuant to NRS 408.3881 by a person who is a member of a design-build team seeking a design-build contract pursuant to NRS 408.3875 to 408.3888, inclusive, is confidential and may not be disclosed until notice of intent to award the contract is issued. 2. As used in this section, the term 'document or other information' means any submittal by a person who is a member of a design-build team to the Department in response to a design-build project initiated pursuant to NRS 408.3881 and includes, without limitation, a preliminary proposal made pursuant to NRS 408.3883, a statement that the person satisfies the requirements of NRS 408.3884 and a final proposal submitted pursuant to NRS 408.3886.
