Statute 408 55021

1. The Department shall not grant any longitudinal access or wireless access pursuant to NRS 408.5502 if such access would compromise the safe, efficient and convenient use of any road, route, highway or interstate in this State for the traveling public. 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any longitudinal access or wireless access to a right-of-way granted by the Department pursuant to NRS 408.5502 does not abrogate, limit, supersede or otherwise affect such access granted or authorized pursuant to chapter 711 of NRS.
