The program must be designed to: (a) Aid bicyclists in improving their riding skills; (b) Inform bicyclists and pedestrians of applicable traffic laws and encourage observance of those laws; and (c) Promote bicycle and pedestrian safety. 3. As used in this section, 'bicycle' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 484A.025 and includes an electric bicycle as defined in NRS 484B.017. (Added to NRS by 2011, 2516; A 2021, 1745)
