Statute 41 030

Upon the presentation of a certified copy of a final judgment in favor of the claimant in any such action, the State Controller shall draw a warrant in favor of the claimant for the amount awarded by the judgment. [1911 CPA § 713; RL § 5655; NCL § 9202]
