Statute 41 390

1. All causes of action for criminal conversation which have accrued before July 1, 1979, must be commenced within 60 days after July 1, 1979. 2. All such actions not so commenced are thereafter forever barred. [3:53:1943; 1943 NCL § 4071.02]—(NRS A 1979, 1172)
