Just compensation shall be paid by the Department to the owners of junkyards which must be relocated, removed or disposed of pursuant to NRS 410.095 to 410.210, inclusive, and which fall into the following categories: 1. Those lawfully in existence on April 15, 1971; and 2. Those lawfully established on or after April 15, 1971. (Added to NRS by 1971, 561)
