The cost of screening, relocation, removal or disposal of any junkyard shall be paid by the State from the State Highway Fund, provided a proportionate part of such cost shall be reimbursable from federal funds in accordance with 23 U.S.C. § 136. (Added to NRS by 1971, 561)
