Statute 412 076

1. Members of the militia of the State who are ordered to state active duty under the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be temporary employees of the State for the purposes of subsection 9 of NRS 286.297. 2. Regular employees of the Office may be ordered to state active duty under this chapter without jeopardizing their status as regular employees. Employees so ordered must be in an authorized leave status from their regular military office employment during the period served on active duty. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1298; A 1993, 1601; 2013, 1109)
