Statute 412 116

1. The forces of the Nevada National Guard must be organized, armed, disciplined, governed, administered and trained as prescribed by applicable federal laws and regulations and Office regulations. 2. It hereby is declared to be the policy of the State that there must be an equality of treatment and opportunity for all persons in the Nevada National Guard without regard to race, creed, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or national origin. 3. As used in this section, 'sexual orientation' means having or being perceived as having an orientation for heterosexuality, homosexuality or bisexuality.
