1. A call for any portion of the Nevada National Guard shall be made by an order issued and directed to the commanding officer of the unit which is so called into service. The order shall designate the particular troops called, the time and place of rendezvous, and the officer to whom they shall report. 2. The order shall be communicated immediately by the officer receiving it to the troops under his or her command, and the officer shall rendezvous and report for duty at the appointed place and time.
