The Nevada Military Academy is hereby created, to consist of supervisory personnel as authorized by the National Guard Bureau and such number of cadets as meets the qualifications and requirements of the State of Nevada as set forth in Office regulations. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1305; A 1993, 1606)
