'Nevada National Guard' includes the National Guard of the State, as defined in 32 U.S.C. § 101(3), the reservists to the Nevada National Guard and volunteer military organizations licensed by the Governor when called into active service by the Governor. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1309; A 2013, 1111)
