The ground force and the air force of the Nevada National Guard has court-martial jurisdiction over all persons subject to this Code. The exercise of jurisdiction by one force over personnel of another force must be in accordance with Office regulations. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1316; A 1993, 1610)
