1. This section and NRS 412.254, 412.2545, 412.256, 412.263, 412.266 to 412.302, inclusive, 412.332, 412.336, 412.362, 412.406, 412.452 to 412.556, inclusive, 412.568 and 412.572 must be carefully explained to every enlisted member: (a) At the time of his or her enlistment or transfer or induction into any of the state military forces or within 30 days thereafter; (b) At the time of his or her being ordered to duty in or with any of the state military forces or within 30 days thereafter. 2. The sections set forth in subsection 1 must also be explained annually to each unit of the state military forces. 3. A complete text of this Code and Office regulations thereunder must be made available to any member of the militia, upon his or her request, for his or her personal examination.
