The provisions of this chapter: 1. Do not prohibit a participant from entering into a supplemental agreement with another participant or other entity. 2. Do not prohibit a participant from receiving support under an agreement or contract. 3. Do not apply to routine support provided by a public agency to a neighboring jurisdiction. 4. Are in addition to and not a substitute for chapters 414 and 415 of NRS. (Added to NRS by 2015, 291)
