The Division may adopt regulations to carry out this chapter. In doing so, the Division shall consult with the Governor and consider any pertinent rules or regulations promulgated by similarly empowered agencies in other states to promote uniformity in the application of this chapter and make the emergency response systems in the various states reasonably compatible.
