Statute 41b 030

'Agent' means a person who is authorized to represent or act for another person. The term includes, without limitation, an attorney-in-fact under a durable or nondurable power of attorney or a person who is authorized pursuant to the provisions of a governing instrument to make decisions concerning the provision of health care to another person.
