Statute 41b 330

1. A killer of a decedent may not: (a) Bring an action for wrongful death of the decedent pursuant to NRS 41.085; or (b) Benefit in any way from such an action brought by a personal representative of the decedent. 2. Each person who may bring or benefit from an action for wrongful death of the decedent pursuant to NRS 41.085 must be determined as if the killer had predeceased the decedent.
