The Administrator: 1. Shall serve as the Executive Officer of the Division. 2. Shall establish policies for the administration of the programs of the Division, and shall administer all activities and services of the Division in accordance with those policies and any regulations of the Administrator, subject to administrative supervision by the Director. 3.
