The Director may include in the State Plan for Medicaid a requirement that, to the extent money is available, the State pay the nonfederal share of expenditures incurred for: 1. Supplies for breastfeeding; and 2. Such prenatal screenings and tests as recommended by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists or its successor organization.
