1. The Department shall, to the extent that money is provided by the State Treasurer pursuant to NRS 422A.492 for that purpose, ensure that instruction in financial literacy is provided to a recipient of Medicaid who deposits a portion of his or her income in an individual development account pursuant to NRS 422A.493. 2.
