'Low-Income Home Energy Assistance' means the program established to assist persons of low income to meet the costs of heating and cooling their homes pursuant to the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981, 42 U.S.C. §§ 8621 et seq., as amended. (Added to NRS by 2005, 22nd Special Session, 2)
