The Administrator: 1. Is responsible for and shall supervise the fiscal affairs and responsibilities of the Division, subject to administrative supervision by the Director. 2. Shall present the biennial budget of the Division to the Legislature in conjunction with the Budget Division of the Office of Finance. 3. Shall allocate, in the interest of efficiency and economy, the State’s appropriation for the administration of each program for which the Division is responsible, subject to administrative supervision by the Director.
