Statute 422a 290

Any person who is: 1. The subject of a hearing conducted under the authority of the Division; or 2. A witness at that hearing, and who is a person with a communications disability as defined in NRS 50.050, is entitled to the services of an interpreter at public expense in accordance with the provisions of NRS 50.050 to 50.053, inclusive.
