Statute 422a 330

All assistance awarded pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is awarded and held subject to the provisions of any amending or repealing act that may be enacted, and no recipient has any claim for assistance or otherwise by reason of the assistance being affected in any way by an amending or repealing act.
